Hadlow's injury problems appear to be showing signs of improvement with Carlton and Excell both coming through a training session yesterday.  Carlton, who has been out all pre season after surgery on his knee at the end of last season, is available for selection against Rusthall and last years Players Player of the season can't wait to get back in action.  Excell is still a week away from full recovery after damaging ankle ligaments in the friendly against Insulators, but after four weeks on the sidelines hopes to be available for selection in the first home game of the season against Imperial.  Summer recruit Howie missed training however as a precautionary measure after aggravating his back in last weeks showdown at Dormansland.  Walsh has made a speedy recovery from his turned ankle and came on for fifteen minutes in afore mentioned match and also came through a vigorous training session. Richard "Magic" Bellars skipped training after suffering a slight hamstring pull last week and aggravated it against Dormansland, but he should be fit for Sundays encounter with Rusthall.
