
With pre-season well underway and some new faces on board newly promoted Hadlow United look ready to get their season under way, with their first friendly confirmed for 3rd August it will give the manager, Jim Cook, a chance to look at his men and shape the team for the forthcoming season. The friendly is against relegated White Hart.
United will be without two first choice members of the squad for the first half of the season with Tom Cooper and Ben Bridges out traveling for 6 months, but with new players eager to make their mark their loss should softened.
David Carlton has stepped down as chairman and has been replaced by existing committee member Matt Betts, the committee has been cut by two leaving just Mike Shimell as treasurer, Rich Excell as secretary and the newly appointed Matt Betts as Chairman.
Hadlow United are delighted to announce that The Prince of Wales public house are extending their current sponsership deal with the club, and our association strengthened after another successful season.
Many of the old faces have returned for the new season including Owen Walsh, who has signed after a long spell away. Owen was a player at the club as a junior along with many of the other regulars.
